High Falls State Park
Get out and explore Georgia's past! In the 1880s this site became a ghost town when a major railroad bypassed it. Today, park visitors can enjoy the scenic waterfall, hike to the remaining grist mill foundation, play mini golf with the kids or relax by the pool. A campground, clean picnic areas and boat rentals are also available. This pretty park in middle Georgia is conveniently located near I-75 and makes a restful side trip for travelers.
